Dr. Valeriy Maisotsenko
Dr. Maisotsenco earned a a Graduate Engineering degree from the Odessa Institute of Refrigeration Engineering in 1963; a Candidate of Science degree in Technology from the Odessa Institute of Refrigeration Engineering in 1970; and a Doctor Of Science degree in Technology from the Moscow Civil Engineering Institure in 1988.
Dr. Maisotsenko has served as Director of Thermal Physics research Laboratory in Odessa, Ukraine. While in this capacity, he was recognized by Soviet Union as one of the top 11 inventors in USSR.
Dr. Maisotsenko has spent his professional career challenging the conventional understanding of the laws of thermodynamics. He holds over 300 patents worldwide. Maisotsenko Cycle (M-Cycle) represents first fundamental breakthrough in thermodynamics since its beginnings.
As a part of a family, M-Cycle has always been inseparable fact of personal and professional life.
In 2004, given extensive personal and professional licensing and already established construction company, we became first to offer distribution, installation and service support for the first M-Cycle based product- Coolerado air conditioner. We have also designed and build first portable model.
M-Cycle Corporation is the result of life long collaboration and direct daily interaction with Dr. Maisotsenko, and mutual unending pursuit for commercialization of next product based on M-Cycle.
Yev Muchnik, Esq.
Yev Muchnik is a corporate, securities, startup and technology attorney and has carved out a successful practice counseling blockchain technology clients in various stages of their life cycles, from formation to funding. Yev started her legal career at the international law firm of Squire Patton Boggs and then moved in-house to counsel a publicly traded tech company and then moving into the role of General Counsel to a private aviation tech unicorn startup company.
Yev is also an avid entrepreneur and is the founder of ESQLegal, which is at the forefront of disrupting the traditional legal services model and, at its core, is built on the principles of distributed legal services. She is also currently the Chief Product Officer of Citizn Company, a legal tech startup using AI and blockchain to increase corporate social responsibility and provide transparency into consumer contracts and a venture partner at Vive Capital.
Yev acts as legal advisor to Playpal, the Divi Project, Blackbox AI, amongst many others and is also on the board of Global Women in Blockchain. She is passionate about expanding the involvement of women in the blockchain space. Yev has been an authority on current legal issues in blockchain and digital currency and has been invited to speak on panels at a number of blockchain conferences.
Technical background (Engineering Systems), graduating at the Moscow State Technical University (1995); President’s managerial program (2004), Strategic Management specialist and holds MBA Financial Management degree (2011). Alexey has gained hands-on property development experience in the UK (on a TACIS MTP program, property development, 2005); in Japan (IT infrastructure and smart city, 2015) and in USA (Energy efficiency in construction, SABIT program, 2016).
Since 2009 Alexey took part in foundation and activity of Russian Green Building Council (RuGBC) and obtained BREEAM and LEED training certificates. He is a prominent public speaker, moderator and expert on green standards and Chairman of the RuGBC Board for 2010-2017. Published more than 200 interviews, expert articles and comments in media on green building, smart city and sustainable development. In 2010 participated in Ecological Forum within World EXPO in Shanghai. In 2012 spoke at World GBC Congress in Stuttgart and in 2017 presented M-Cycle at Expo-2017 in Astana.
Anatoliy Vorobyev received the Ph.D. degree in physics from Kharkov State University, Kharkov, Ukraine in 1985. Following his dissertation he has been working as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist and Senior Scientist at Kharkov State University, Kharkov, Ukraine. His research interests included nanosecond laser-matter interactions, nanosecond laser chemistry, and laser metrology.
In 2002, he joined the Institute of Optics, University of Rochester, New York, USA, where he has been working as a Senior Scientist. His scientific achievements has attracted extensive public interest and reported extensively by the News Media, including the New York Times, MSNBC, Discovery Channel, Science, Nature Magazines, US Today, U.S. News & World Report, CNN, BBC News, abc, Newsweek, and others.
In 2017, Dr. Anatoliy Vorobyev has received International US$20,000 T.C. Graham Prize award from Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST). The prize has been awarded for his innovative laser surface processing techniques that can render new properties to steel.
Dr. Anatoliy Vorobyev has published over 100 papers in refereed journals. His publications have over 4000 citations.
